American Airlines has launched the Mobile Million Sweepstakes for Android to celebrate the launch of its Android app that promises to
make airport life easier for passengers. One lucky winner will win 1 million miles on the airline. Apart from that, American will give away one Nook Color everyday till April 28, 2011.
Isn’t that reason enough to give the app a try? All you need to do is download the app, install it on your Android device, and fill in the popup to enter the sweepstakes. If you already have the app, update it to enter the draw. Non-Android users can also participate through an alternative online entry form.
The American Airlines app is supposed to make your flying life more comfortable with easy viewing of registration info, quick check in, access to mobile boarding pass, tracking your position in upgrade and standby lists, taking pictures of your parking location, viewing elite status and progress, booking flights, checking flight schedule and status, and playing Sudoku.
