Board game MONOPOLY’s makers EA and Hasbro have collectively decided that April 7 will be observed as “Global MONOPOLY Day” and celebrated by game lovers across the world. To mark this day in 2011, the game publishers are offering the game to Kindle users for $0.99. The discount is available till April 10 so hurry and get it.
MONOPOLY on Kindle features all the classic properties such as Park Place and Boardwalk, and allows players to buy, sell, and build houses and hotels. You can play with Kindle as your opponent or tie up with two or three of your friends via the Pass ‘N Play multiplayer mode. You can select between three difficulty levels – easy, medium, and hard.
The game also allows you to make some customizations in the game play rules. You can change how the rules pertaining to Free Parking, Get Out of Jail, and Taxes apply to players during a game.
